BloomMode applies local rules in your browser. You keep using YouTube, but decide when Shorts, comments, recommendations and Smart Comments are useful.

Five ways to browse

A mode for each intention.

Mode names remain the same in every language, so the experience stays consistent.

Fluid mode

Browse fluidly by highlighting interesting items or hiding uninteresting ones.

Rules can be switched on and off in real time, including Shorts, comments, recommendations and Smart Comments. You decide what you need in each moment.

Bloom mode

The house mode. It reduces distractions with every technology active for continuous focus or study sessions.

Subscriber mode

Prioritizes access to chosen channels and subscriptions, keeping navigation inside a feed you selected.

Music mode

Keeps personal playlists and mixes at the center of the moment.

No Shorts mode

Focused on long videos, so you can enjoy hours of use without short-form distractions.

BloomMode

The ecosystem begins here

The complete BloomMode app is in development.

The Beta Extension is the first public experience of the BloomMode ecosystem.

The current Beta is free and requires no login. In the future, the app and complete ecosystem may use a BloomMode account to connect preferences, access and features across devices.
